Terms of Service & Event Conditions

These Terms of Service govern all ticket purchases, attendee registrations, and participation in transformative festivals, workshops, and gatherings hosted by Another Level Events Oslo ("Another Level", "we", "us"). By registering for an event, you agree to comply with these terms.

All prices quoted on the website are displayed in Norwegian Kroner (NOK). Pursuant to Norwegian tax law (Merverdiavgiftsloven), all ticket admissions for events conducted within Norway include 25% Norwegian MVA (Merverdiavgift).

Transactions are processed via our encrypted payment partner Stripe. Upon checkout completion, a formal receipt containing our registered enterprise number (Organisasjonsnummer) and tax breakdown will be issued.

Another Level creates containers for deep transformation, somatic awareness, and conscious connection. All participants agree to observe the following principles:

• Informed Consent & Boundaries: Respect personal boundaries at all times. "No" is a complete sentence. You are always at choice to participate or step out of any exercise.
• Zero Tolerance for Harassment: Any form of sexual harassment, discrimination, or abusive conduct results in immediate expulsion without refund.
• Privacy & Confidentiality: What is shared within our circles stays within our circles. Photography and video recordings are strictly prohibited inside workshop spaces unless authorized by event organizers.
• Sobriety: Unless explicitly noted for a specific celebration, our events are substance-free spaces.

Due to strict venue capacities and upfront facilitator commitments:

• Tickets are non-refundable within 14 days of the scheduled event start date.
• Ticket holders may transfer their registration to another person up to 48 hours before the event begins by contacting connection.another.level@gmail.com.
• In the rare event that Another Level cancels an experience due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, attendees will receive a 100% full refund or credit for a future event.

Workshops and festivals may involve breathwork, somatic movement, emotional release, and experiential practices. Participation is entirely voluntary. Attendees are responsible for monitoring their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being and seeking medical guidance if they have pre-existing cardiovascular, respiratory, or psychiatric conditions.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Oslo District Court (Oslo tingrett).
